The Main Purpose
1. This material especial suitable for forging mold of car suspension front axle.
2. For mold of 12000 tons below of mechanical presses; for heavy load and cavity complex mold.
3. For head accessories of golf ball,for gearwheel accessories,for higher machine performance and large production of hardware.
The Main Characteristic
1. The mold have high temperature strength,high abrasion resistance and resistance to tempering stability and thermal fatigue resistance.
2. The strength higher than 1.2714 steel but lower than 1.2343 steel.Impact toughness higher than 1.2714 steel and 1.2343 steel.
3. The use life of forging mold of 5Cr2NiMoVSi steel 50% more than 1.2714
