1. Die-casting moulds for automobile, motorcycle engine casings, and various types of lamp inner reflector casings.
2. Making aluminum alloy extrusion mould with complex shapes (like sunflower series products), etc. It can solve the problem of early erosion of bakeware moulds and communication product moulds.
3. It can produce 100,000-150,000 mould times for small moulds, the highest record can produce 1 million mould times, and can produce about 50,000-100,000 mould times for large moulds.
4. Excellent thermal cracking performance; Improve the thermal fatigue life; Resistance to water cracking hole cracking and arti-R shaped corner cracking performance.
