The Main Purpose
1. Be suitable to the large automotive mold, be suitable to the plastic mold which was required uniform hardness, high toughness and the surface with good polishing finished.
2. For TV chassis, car bumpers and automotive dashboard and other large mould.
3. Can be nitrogen, suitable for surface treatment such as chrome,etching and so on.

1. The hardness of the whole cross section was uniform. The chemical composition have made adjustments. Suitable for high-demand etching molds and high-quality molds
2. Very high purity suitable for polishing; smooth can reach 5000~8000#;smooth can reach8000~10000# in ESR steel.
3. Can be nitrogen.
4. Special ingredients ratio, suitable for welding, while polishing to reduce the impact of the weld on the mold , the basic will not affect the mold finished.mould steel.
